Dear Bull Roast attendees,
We are very sorry to say that our 19th annual Bull & Oyster Roast has been cancelled for tomorrow night and happy to say that it is rescheduled to June 26, 2020. We are a school sponsored “club,” so we need to follow directives from AACPS and OMHS administration. As much as we wanted to spend the evening with all of you, we also want to keep everyone safe from the virus.
Moving forward, if you bought a ticket to the event, we would like to provide some options for you.
1. Attend on the new date – We want to see you at our event!! If you are able to attend the event on the new date of June 26, 2020, we would be happy to hold your spot! Please keep your ticket in a safe place and bring it with you on the night of the event.
2. Donate to the Boosters – we will really struggle with fundraising with the event being cancelled and not being able to open our concession stand during games this spring. We would appreciate any and all donations to help keep us going with raising much needed funds for the athletic program at Old Mill.
3. Refund – we will issue refunds if needed. Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for processing. You will need to show your ticket in order to get the refund. We will set up times/dates to meet with you to give you the money. REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE MADE BY APRIL 3. No refunds will be made after this date.
IF YOU BOUGHT A TICKET, please respond to this email with EXACTLY what you want to do. Your choices are ATTEND on the new date, DONATE your money to the Boosters, OR REFUND the money back to you.
