Fall sports are coming to a close – We saw good parent participation.
Everyone’s excited to start winter season sports.
Athletics report by Coach Martin
450 athletes trying out for winter sports
Football game this Friday at Perry Hall H.S. against Parkville. THERE IS A FAN BUS BUT ONLY A FEW HAVE SHOWN INTEREST. If we win, and #2 loses to #7, we could possibly have a home game here Fri, 11/29.
Fall sports had great results:
Volleyball – 8 wins this season and first playoff win in about 5 years, Congrats!
Field Hockey – lost to Severna Park in semi-final playoff round, Congrats!
Cross Country- one athlete ran in States, Congrats!
Cheer- competed in States. Came in low so Coach Kiki questioned the judges which re-calculated and moved them to 5th or 6th in States. Congrats!
College Signing – 3 from Lacrosse, 1 Girls Basketball

Discussions of searching for a new bank due to multiple fees on miscellaneous items.

Fall membership totals were about 45%
Boys Soccer 14 memberships – 43 roster
Girls Soccer 16 memberships – 38 roster
Tennis 4 memberships – 25 roster
Golf 8 memberships – 20 roster
Field Hockey 21 memberships- 34 roster
Volleyball 19 memberships- 27 roster
Cross Country 9 memberships- 18 roster
Not included: Football / Cheer
We will have winter numbers by next meeting
Winter sports membership drive will run until Fri, Dec 6th. Winner will have a Rita’s party
Concession stand report by Jill Koehler
Winter sports grossed $35k. This is $14k over last year, $11k over 2 years ago.
We had 41 events- 39 of them sporting events.
Band received their profit directly after their event.
Sports teams earned $275 per game.

Apparel sales by Lisa D’Antoni
Toboggan hats were a hot seller!
Apparel will be available during basketball games through the concession stand.
The theme will be Luau
Team coaches/liaisons will need to let Deb Marcus know their basket theme
Discussions of on-line ticket sales- will research services and costs.
Teams should sell a minimum of 20 tickets (2 tables)
Donation request letters vs. door to door requests—we will send letter to repeat donators and will ask for volunteers for door to door requests.
