FALL 2018 Registration & Tryout Information

  • Please visit our website, for tryout information and schedules.
  • All athletes trying out for a high school sport must have a medical physical taken after June 1, 2018 to be eligible to participate. Physical forms can be found on under the Files and Links tab or you can pick up a form in the Athletic office.
  • All athletes must have proof of health insurance on Family ID. If school insurance needs to be purchased please go to and turn in a copy of the receipt and card to Coach Martin and download onto Family ID with your physical form.
  • Family ID registration and physical forms are due on Wednesday, August 8th.  Physical forms are to be downloaded to your Family ID account.

Summer Weight Training and Conditioning Program:

Old Mill offers a summer weight training and conditioning program for all student/athletes attending Old Mill High School.  There is no fee for this program and we highly encourage all athletes to attend.  Athletes who participate see great results and better their chances of making their high school team as they are in shape and prepared for tryouts.

Schedule – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday until tryouts begin.

Starting Tuesday, June 19 – Football:

  • Returning Players – 8:00 am – 10:00 am
  • Incoming 9th Graders – 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Starting Monday, June 25 – All other Athletes/Teams

  • 9:30 am – 11:00 am
