Old Mill High School boys lacrosse team lost to the Arundel Wildcats in the second round of the state playoffs. The Patriots were down at the half by seven goals but mounted a determined comeback with an incredible amount of intense effort to pull within two early in the forth quarter. The Patriots ended a great comeback by falling short and lost by a score of 17-14. The Patriots were lead in scoring by the following: senior Trevor Collier (41G,17A) who had three goals and two assists, sophomore Ethan Wilson (53G,18A) also had three goals and two assists, senior Caden Cote (24G,7A) three goals and one assist, who returned to top form after an early season injury, and freshman Ben Wilson (29G,8A) finished the night with two goals and one assist. Rounding out the scoring for the Patriots were: senior LSM Chris Greenstein (4G,1A), senior Ryan Ganoe (4G), and sophomore Colby Smith (5G,10A) each with one goal, while Smith added an assist too. Senior goalie Toby Nunley (56%) had 9 saves. Each of the 37 Patriots contributed to the outstanding effort put forth.
