Summer 2017 Strength and Conditioning for all Old Mill Athletes

Old Mill coaches will offer a free strength and conditioning program throughout the summer months for any Old Mill Athlete who would like to prepare themselves for the upcoming season.  The strength and conditioning program will begin on Monday, June 12th and will be every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday until tryouts start on August 12th.

Schedule:

8:00 am – 10:00 am:  10th, 11th & 12th Grade Football Players Only

9:00 am – 10:00 am:  Incoming 9th Grade Football Players Only

9:30 am – 11:00 am:  All Other Athletes
